We’ve been committed from day one to pursuing LEED certification and to minimizing the building’s ecological footprint. ECO Effectiveness and energy efficiency are the primary drivers for the renovation and occupancy. We recently received a grant to install a robust solar array that should supply 45.8% of the building’s annual needs. Sunfinity has estimated the approximate energy offset at 216,000 KWh on an annual basis.

Through a partnership with Sunfinity, we are committed to educating 1808 visitors and tenants, plus the greater DFW area to the benefits of solar, green buildings and eco-friendly business practices. Being just South of the I-30 and I-45 intersection, the building gets a lot of exposure and our goal is to stimulate momentum for greater solar energy adoption in Dallas.
