Utterly Divine is a non-profit research and education Center. One of its primary missions is the investigation of issues around the consumption and production of raw foods – especially raw dairy. Utterly Divine does not sell or donate its raw milk or raw milk yogurt and kefir to the public, but produces these milk products for the sole purpose of conducting research studies (for more information see http://utterlydivine.com).
Our solar power system is designed to operate off-grid for most of the ranch’s electricity requirements. We sometimes pull electricity from the grid to handle peak demand. We are very happy to have installed the system; however, it took about a year to optimize and learn the technology and how to best live within the renewable off-grid electrical capabilities. Our installer, Joe Kaminsky, will be available on the day of the Solar Tour to explain how the system works and answer your questions.
