With net metering, we haven’t had an electric bill since installation of our solar PV system. We are very pleased that our consumption has been offset 100% by our solar production. We were also able to take advantage of the Great Plano Update Rebate with a $5000 rebate on our project from the City of Plano. We are continuing to make other energy efficiency improvements to our home with the switch to tankless water heaters in the near future.
