Our vegetable harvest is usually over 400 pounds; we can tomatoes. We have fig and pecan trees; we make fig jam. The map link shows our 50 feet of figs. We have 2 compost bins; Starbucks is a very good source. We have solar panels that generate about 20% of our electricity
